Orders placed Monday – Friday after 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.
We recommend that our customers place an order when half of their Pain Stopper CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of Pain Stopper CBD. We ship to all 50 states and some international locations.

Return and Refund Policy:
We at PS want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for the damaged or defective product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged or defective and photo proof within that timeframe.
A replacement product will be issued for any defective or damaged products. Please submit your request to email@example.com or call 512-653-5183 to speak to Customer Service.
All Sales are Final. No Refunds will be issued.
Order Processing, Delivery Method and Timing: Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Texas. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. When tracking your shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.
